PROBLEM 01
Cracked after one winter
A thin base and no control joints. The ground freezes, the slab moves and the cracks go wherever they want.
Chicago & Surrounding Suburbs
Patios, sidewalks, driveways, foundations and stamped concrete, poured by a local crew that shows up, does it right and stands behind the work.
The fix
What you see is the finish. What makes it last is everything underneath. Drag the photo: same patio, stone base to finished slab.
What we pour
A backyard slab built for grilling, graduation parties and everything in between.
Front walks, porches and gangways, level and safe to walk on.
Driveways, parking pads and garage aprons that handle Midwest weather.
Garage floors, porch slabs and foundations for additions and new builds.
Also: stamped and decorative concrete, fire pits, steps and tear-out and replacement. Not on the list? Just ask.
Stamped concrete
Want your patio to be the one the neighbors ask about? Stamped concrete gives you pattern, color and curves in one solid pour.
The outcome
Clean lines, a level surface and concrete that's still doing its job after the tenth winter.
How we work
Concrete doesn't care what time it is. If the finish needs another pass, we're still out there with the lights on. These were taken after dark, on the day of the pour.

It depends on the size, the thickness, access to the site, whether old concrete has to come out, and the finish you choose. The estimate is free, so the easiest way to find out is to ask.
Concrete season in Chicago mostly runs spring through fall. Late season pours depend on the temperatures that week. Reach out early and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
As a rule of thumb, you can walk on new concrete after a day or two and should keep vehicles off for about a week. We'll give you exact instructions for your pour.
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away can be part of the job, so you're not hiring a second crew.
It's sealed to protect the color and surface, and it should be resealed every few years. We'll walk you through the upkeep before you decide.
